supposedly I'm forfeiting my rights by not answering the phone... good one.

I have no debt collections and this company keeps calling. I googled their address which is a post office. DO NOT CALL

Claim to be Evolution management. I refused to verify anything they said have good day and hung up

States that they are calling regarding a past debt, but when I ask for a written notification they tell me that they only have to do an electronic notification. They had my social security number but the wrong birth date. They claim that they are from Evolution Case Management, can't find information on them. I spoke with an Anthony. They say they are going to file suit, but again they refuse to mail me any information regarding the supposedly debt and they also tell me that it is on my credit report but when I looked there is nothing there. They're nasty people.
