That is a call back number from another, likely spoofed, suspicious call and voicemail threatening to take action in my county for several unspecified matters. When I call the 833 number after hiding my caller ID, the agent answered as "Samantha," not a company name. When I asked, she said that they are United Credit Services and asked for a phone number, at which point I hung up.
