Have received several phone calls from this number recently. They claim to be a company called “Neutral Recovery” and the person leaving the message says his name is “John Berg”. The voicemails say that my name is attached to a legal matter in my county (stated my actual county name), and they are taking legal matters against me. They said I’ve given up my right to settle this issue voluntarily unless I contact them by “today”. Otherwise, they will contact my human resource department for wage verification, blah blah blah. This “John” character also called my brother to say that my social security # is attached to a debt, but gave him a slightly different story. Know you’re rights outlined in the Fair Debt Collections Act and don’t give them ANY personal information or confirm any information. They are scammers! When speaking to a real debt collector, be sure to know your rights and only communicate with them in writing. Never on the phone. They will find a way to trick you into paying or restarting the clock on the statute of limitations if you talk to them. These people try to be slick and take advantage of consumers who don’t know their rights. The law is on the side of the consumer. Use it to YOUR advantage!
A family member that I don't even know I've never even talked to but who knows my sister got a call looking for me saying in regards to a legal matter it was attached to another number out of Idaho. I've never talked to this family member I didn't even really know they existed. The call came in on April 22nd 2020 the same day that I actually called his family member for the first time ever to have my mother's mail forwarded from their mailbox to mine. I have been going through a gang stalking and this morning all four Windows of my car are rolled down a Mercedes E320 1997 which a key fob cannot be made for unless the car is actually taking to Mercedes and you show ownership and identification. This happens every 3 days. It cannot be simple debt collectors --this has to be something more involved, a series of Gangstalking tactics. This family member is connected to a family member that I know of that has connections to judges and police.
Received a call from 833-783-2378 to my cell phone with an automated voice stating my name and County, then it told me to press a number to speak with someone, which I did. I hit the # they called from and a woman answered claiming to be from a legal department. Her name was Paige Dixon and she said that she was from Global Circulation. She started by asking if my email, last 4 digits of my social and my address were correct, and they were. So I have no idea how she got this information. She stated I had a loan that went into collections offered me options as how to pay this off or make payments. She said I owed $2300, but could cut me a deal for 1400. I do have an old loan that I never paid off, so I really thought this was legit. So, I paid $400 with plans to do the rest, but they wanted money every 2 weeks. A legit debt collector would have worked with you. I checked my email and on it everything was different, from the email coming from RESTITUTION DEPARTMENT@clerk.com and a PDF attached to it. Tapped on it and here the installment plan popped up. stating original lender as EZ CORP ONLINE, INC. heading reading Mutual Recovery 1415 Hwy 85, Fayettville, GA 30214 with a phone # reading 833-783-2378. I thought I would never fall for a scam like this, but they were so convincing and had all the details down to my bank account from when I got the payday loan. I called back the next day requesting a copy of the original payday loan contract, and they replied saying that my lawyer could come and look at the discovery (a legal term when dealing with a lawsuit.) I canceled my debit card IMMEDIATELY! So if you are reading this, please do not fall for this scam.
This is a valid number from Express Scripts RX, they confirmed it as a correct number for them. They called to advise me of a RX that is being shipped out to me. This is not a complaint... I just want people to know this number is OK
They called using my maiden name stating I owe for a payday loan. Unfortunately, I never took out a payday loan under my maiden name, and the one I had under my married name is paid off. Please find you all something safe to do other than steal from hard working people.
This number just called saying I owe a pay day loan when I never took one out. Nice try scammers
I am getting multiple calls daily from this #. I have BLOCKED this #; however, the # continues to show up as a blocked #.

This number just left me a message (Paige Dixon) for something I have nothing to do with. They would not give me any information. Hung up on me several times because I wanted information. They are bad news. They should be prosecuted. Do not talk to them.
