Got unwanted call from 833-902-0888?
Multiple calls from this number posing as "Account services". They try too hard to get you to say "yes" and become quite irate when you won't.
Obviously a scam "credit collector." Have been calling me for several days now. They ask is this "so-and-so?" I replied, it is, how can I help you? They asked, "is that a yes?" I refused to say the word yes, the "collector" became angry. "I need you to say yes, is this so-and-so?" I said uh-huh. I said it is. I even said "this is them. Speaking. I am that person." And they would not accept that. They are not on my credit report. All reviews I can find online say they claimed to be calling for AT&T, but I do not owe AT&T anything. They want to record you saying "yes" so they can clip your voice to make it sound like you've agreed to something. It's sheisty! Don't ever say "yes!!!"
Some Indian dude that talks real fast, screaming, I can't make out what he is saying, I hung up and blocked after reading several complaints on this number!
I get calls from this number at least 3x a day all week long on my land line. Usually morning, around 10-11, then 2-3 and finally in the evening between 7:30 - 8:30. I have my phone set up to recognize spam/soliciting calls so it rings once and then goes to voice mail at which time no msg is left. TOTALLY ANNOYING!!!
