It took a few before he responded (like a switcher). He said, "This is Technical Support. We are trying to update your computer. Is it on?" I told him NO and not call me again. Before I could hang up, he did. I know it was not my office: 1) the computer was on and I was working, 2) they don't call you, 3) they alert you via slack that they are going to do it and 4) it is done remotely.
