"Justin Carter, Sr. Compliance officer for the State of Texas" called me from a private number saying that I have a pending case in Williamson County and that I needed to call 844-208-7766 to get more information.
I received a call from 817-440-4913 claiming to be a Tarrant County Compliance Officer name Ted Banks, wanting to know if I will be home between 8 am and 12 noon to be served with legal documents, I asked what this was about and he gave my the 844-208-7766 number to call the filing party. Ted didn't know that this isn't my first rodeo.
They called claiming to be a loan officer and that a case has been opened against me. The number they gave is this one and they will scare you into paying xxx dollars to stop you from being arrested
Called saying a case has been opened by the state and he will come to my address or place of business to arrest me on charges filed against me. They will call everyone I know trying to find me. Illegal scare tactic phone call. How can they even live with themselves i do not know
Multiple calls claiming that it’s a compliance officer and if I dont calk back that I would have to show up for a court date. I told them I did bot know the person that they were inquiring about and they kept calling even after they saud they had removed my name and number from their case. They claimed to be The United Company.
