Call numerous times a day and I finally answered, they asked for my ex husband. I informed them we are divorced, he is my ex and stop calling. I am still getting a minimum of 5 calls a day starting at 7 am up until 9 at night
I got a call on Monday showing private number but told me to call 844-585-0536 and said to call 844-221-4336 asking me to call them about an apparent charge of check fraud against me. I did not call them but they called me 2 minutes later and I did not answer my phone because it came up as private number and this time they left me a very disturbing message. The message was, This message is intended for, my name. You have been given several opportunities and plenty of time to resolve this matter voluntarily and have failed to do so. At this time your file has been outsourced and a motion is being filed with the IRS requesting seizure or garnishment of any federal or state income tax refund do to the lack of response of this claim. Good luck with all future proceedings. I have never received any mail from these people and I have never heard of them. I did go to bbb.gov and looked them up and they have only been in business since 1/1/2019 and they claim to be a bookkeeping company in Phoenix, AZ. I also did a satellite view and found out that they are operating from a nice house in a very expensive neighborhood. After reading everything I am sure they are a scam as well. Like I said, I have never gotten any mail from these people and they have only called me.
The person said they were trying to locate me at either my residence or my place of employement in regards to a file associated with check fraud in my name. First of all I do not write checks I only do direct drafts and if they have my checking information and my social security number as they say they do they have my home address.
They called me up and told me that I couldn't do bankruptcy on this creditor because I have a Judgement against my SSI and they will see me in court
Wisconsin ... It's not my name or social security number. They called me twice in a row very close together. You can hear people talking in the back as if this is a boiler room calling kind of environment. The bogus call goes as follows: "Good Afternoon, This call is solely meant for Susan Arnold. My name is Heather Livingston and calling on behalf of an active citation or summons for your SSN# ending in 1090, requires you or your representing attorney to contact the office immediately at 844-221-4336. Refer to summons ID # of 2630957 ext. 290. Thanks and good luck."
