Complaints about Phone Numbers844-245-####

This number keeps calling me in regards to mom and leaving voicemails saying her case is being turned over to their firm because she hasn’t returned any of their calls. I told the woman this is not my moms number and you need to remove my name from your list because I am not her. The woman became very rude and nasty and said she will need to call us to have your number removed. I said no I do not because if I tell you to stop calling me you need to stop calling me. The woman started interrupting me and cutting me off and after I told her to stop calling me she said no and hung up. I called back and the same woman answers and said please hold and put me on hold. I hung up and called back 4 times and she did not answer none of my calls. I finally left a message on their answering machine and told them you better not call my phone again because I will file a police report against you for harassment. This is a straight scam because if you were a real law firm they would answer their calls not just allow them to ring and go to voicemail. I called the rude heffa out on her shyt and she didn’t like that.

This lady said that I bounced a check from a bank I had 20 years ago (ive never bounced a check) and was verifying information on my former spouse and a former address. She then went on to say her offices was collecting for Spot Loan and I told her she didn't know what the he'll she was talking about. This lady has been calling my family and harassing them also trying to get information but jumps around who she is really calling for.. she just tries to verify past information..very scary

I returned the call to 844-245-5720 and a woman answered and tried to reach an attorney and after several minutes found the case but would not identify herself or the company she represented. She became extremely rude and would not allow me to ask questions. She used my wife's name and her occupation and I relayed that she was a victim of identity theft. She said that it involved a federal bank who proved that it was her and she is a fraud. She continued to refuse to provide her name or company name and request any info. She stated that the call was recorded and I was glad it was recorded so that someone would hear that I was polite and continued multiple times to have a productive conversation. She asked if me by name and I said I was clearly during call. She became increasingly rude during the call and refused to allow me to communicate with her. She called my wife a fraudster and broke the federal banking law.

I got the same exact call with almost the same exact experience. The woman would not identify her company, was extremely rude, would not allow me to ask questions, and would cut me off every time I tried. She used a name I haven't been known by in 10 or so years, and was saying I was being accused of bank fraud. She told me that if I didn't pay the amount owed, then my "case" would be "expedited" to an attorney. Don't you think that if I committed bank fraud, I would have been arrested by now? She said I owed on a payday loan to a company called My Cash Now which I have never heard of, so how could I have taken out a loan? She would not tell me the amount of the loan, nor the date on which I had supposedly taken out this loan. She knew some rather frightening details about me including the bank I was at when the "loan" was granted. I told her I would call her back in the morning as I was out and about at the time. I have not heard back from them, and they are in my contacts as My Cash Now Scam so I can see if they do call back.

Got a call from this number asking for me, but by a name I haven't used in 10 years. The woman who answered the phone would not identify herself saying only that this is a Federally recorded line. She refused to answer any of my questions and cut me off every time I asked one. She would identify the company, and would tell me that my account had been expedited to an attorney. She was telling me that I was being accused of bank fraud due to an unpaid payday loan from 10 years ago. Not only have I not heard of the company she was talking about, I have never taken out a loan with them. How could I when I have never heard of the company? She grew increasingly nasty as the call went on. The message left by the "attorney" sounded recorded and so garbled that I could not make out his name, and he did not say what "firm" he was from. Now don't you think that if I had made an attempt to defraud a bank, there would be an arrest warrant out for me?

I have had several calls from this number asking for Terrance Davis. The company would only Identify itself as the " Firm". When I called back the girl who answered the phone was a nasty rude bitch and would not answer any of my questions. She refused to put on her supervisor and hung up on me twice after calling me names. I have asked them several times to stop calling but they keep on calling. Each time nastier than the last

A company that only identifies themselves as " The Firm" Has called me and left messages several times asking for a Terrance James. When I called back to tell them they had the wrong number the girl that answered the phone was a nasty rude bitch.

I have received numerous calls from this number over the span of the past month, numerous times a day with the same voice mail that Melinda Burgett has received. This is so intrusive and annoying. Do NOT call this number back!
