Received a voice mail from 844-260-1949. A man on the other end said that it was very important that I call this number and to have my Humana Card with the Member ID on it at hand. The phone never rang and there is no record of any call coming in, only a voice mail. Humana CS confirmed this is a fraudulent call.
Got a message from 844-260-1949.. Monday June 7, 2021.. Lady said she was a Humana representative and she needed me to call her back with my Humana Id at this number about my prescription plan. Humana has verified that this is not a legitimate number for their company. Very much a scam.
Just go an "Amazon" order process confirmation trying to get met to call this number. "Hello Customer, Greetings of the day. Thank you for choosing us. We have initiated a order of $1,699.00. Order #2057814609 will deliver to your physical address within 48 hours. You can now track the status of your order. Support Number: #+1-844-260-1666 If you have any query please contact us any time."
This was a call back from a fake Alexa help site that I thought was legit. They claim that they need to fix your network and want to charge $99 for that. It is unnecessary and appears to be a scam. Unfortunatly I gave them access via Team viewer to my computer - BEWARE
