Keeps calling no answer fraud or spam. Caller I’d shows Suntrust however no one answers when you pick up and it is not a Suntrust bank number

Call came from 515-348-3041 but referred to call this number. Said there was a complaint but did not identify who the complaint was about. Threatened to refer action to "HR or Payroll Department" - clearly some sort of debt collection cal, why else a threat about HR/Payroll. After multiple calls to the 844 number, every person refused to answer who the company was that answered the call/own s the number or where they are located. The "legal department" did not have "authorization to disclose the info or who they were working for with regards to these calls. Clearly a 1) well organized scammer who continues to operate after years of complaints, or 2) an extremely disreputable collection agency hiding behind multiple layers because of their violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Just recently resolved my ACE Cash Express account. They provided a Validation and Settlement Letter, then a Paid in full. Letter, When I called ACE they said they handed it over to this company. Very Polite.

I verified all info with chain of title. Do your homework, but did resolve my ACE cash express loan for me. Def legit. Gave me original contract and validation letter.

Illegal collection activities. Will give your personal information to anyone listed in their system, admits to viewing your credit report without authorization. Trying to collect on an account that is currently being handled by another company.

Some guy name Daniel Call and say they have a case against my husband for a checking and saving account. When i told him to leave us alone that i knew it wasn’t true he got mad and started yelling!!!! BE CAREFUL IS ALL FRAUD!!

This number called, knew my name and was asking for my family members and told me they knew what he was calling about. DO NOT CALL ME BACK
