Caller ID: AICR ( IF this is actually them, this is the site: http://www.aicr.org/)...cancer research. They call every day - generally twice. We always make a small yearly donation to The American Cancer Society, and when they first called, I thought that's who they are; yet, when I realized otherwise, I hung up as she wanted to switch me over to someone to take a credit card - which was NOT going to happen with me. I did answer twice, and both times were the same: Dead Silence (auto dial) Pause, Woman comes on and says the same thing both times that her last caller was ruder than her mother-in- law. I politely said they had already called, but it didn't stop them, so ... generally, I don't answer. If it's their 2nd call later in the day, I answer and place the phone next to my 200 decibel door alarm. They still call the next day.
