caller id came up with Wells Fargo (a lajit WF number) but the caller couldn't tell me the number he was calling from, just that he was from visa/mc card services and I qualified to receive 0% interest rate on my card. He wanted my card number and when I asked for a number to call back on he gave me this number and when I asked for a name he said Robin. I called back from another phone and only received a busy ring no ID. I called the customer assistance number on the back of my card to report the call. I gave them both numbers
My poor elderly mother got scammed by these A$$HOLES wanting to consolidate credit cards and unfortunately she gave them all her information that I am now having to help her fix!!
Got a call on this # February 14,2020. Saying the same thing. Wanting to consolidate cards.

They say initially that it is “Visa card member services”. When I press harder and say “ so your from Visa?” he said “No Card Member services for Visa, MasterCard, Discover”. Again, I ask so what company are you calling from and this time he says “Delta Financial Services “. He immediately asks for the expiration date of my Visa card so I provided a fake date and then he wanted my card number. I said until I confirm who your company is, I will not be giving out my card number. Actually, I will never give out my card number. I asked is there a number that I can call you back at to confirm you are from Delta Financial and he provided 844-335-1157, which is not the number that the call came from on my caller ID. I call from another phone while he is on the phone and it goes unanswered for a long time. He asks call back and ask for me “Mr. Jordan”. I tell him no one is answering, he is surprised I am calling and tells me to try again. I do try again with a restricted number and suddenly it is immediately answered with “card member services”. My goal is just to waste their time as I feel I am helping one less person get scammed by wasting their time. I tell him if your company is legitimate why does your initial recording not offer the federally required “opt out clause” and only say press 1 to talk with someone. He said he has nothing to do with the recording I hear. I eventually get bored and hang up. These scammers have to be stopped. I receive at least 12 calls a day on a slow day, from Card Member Services.
Same as others, tries to say being sued and attonery tried to give me paperwork and refused it. Then tried to get me to verify my personal info, compete scam\
They call with a false story saying I have a court date and I need to give the last four digits of my social security # in exchange for information. I reported them to the FBI and FTC on the phone and online. You all should do the same
reports you have a contract for computer support and the company is closing. (we don't have computer support with anyone external). wants a callback to give information to setup a refund.

Used Google call screener. The caller typed a partial reply, then disconnected.
