I got the same thing. The lady kept asking me to confirm my personal address. The first was address and then my dob. I kept asking who it is and she said Receivable Solutions and didn't give more information. I asked her to send me a letter and she said they did. I never got the letter.

This number called me asking me to confirm my name & address. When I asked who it was, the woman said she was a business office & couldn’t disclose information until I confirm my personal information. I told her I won’t confirm anything until I knew who I was speaking to. She quickly said that once I got a secondary confirmation I could call back at the number in my caller ID & hung up.
