Received a letter from natera requesting my insurance information. Although I did have testing with them, the place I had the test sent my insurance information. Disregarding the letter.

A person called and pretended he is calling the lab but can not finalize the test due to payment and he gave a fake invoice number and asked for payment over the phone

Caller gave hist first name of Paul and said he works for Safeguard and wants to help us get out from under a UCC filing. He said he mailed a letter to me last week with all of the details. He called from 216-465-7896 and asked me to call him back at 844-384-4164. The problem is 1. I never received a letter and 2. I'm lucky enough to have zero debt.
Same exact thing here. You could tell they didn't know my name. Acted like they did. I won't tell them
