I received a call from 844-385-8536 (Kathy Lopez) claiming I am being sued in civil court for a payday loan with Advance America Corp in 2012. She was rude and told me I should pay now or I am being arrested at my place of employment. I hung up on her. No clue who she or Advance America is.
Just received a call from 844-385-8536 ext. 522 (CFR associates) stating they were trying to reach my daughter on a case filed with them and when doing a background check my name and social security number popped up. I googled the number and found it is likely a scam. I googled the name of the company but got a blank home page
Saying that i owe for a payday loan back in 2011, from a company I have never heard of.
Company recieved call - auto saying this is a message from Saveware ... I hung up.

yup, they've placed a temporary hold on any recommendation pending my statement of intent!! looking for me with a name i haven't used in almost 30 years!!! scam scam scam!!!
