Received recorded message from 844-621-2193 just now 2:36pm today 4/6/2021 advising I recently made a payment to my computer service account but they are shutting down their service and to contact an operator to get the refund!!! Operator never came to phone when I dialed option 1. I will be blocking this number from my service and company name was never stated on recorded message. No personal info was given.
Scam. Said that it is from National Grid. It is not National Grid number.
