Says they can save you $ on your energy bill - press 1 for yes and 2 for no. Possible phone scam.
Called saying he is John Beck and that a courier service is going to deliver certified documents to my place of employment and he is calling to prevent that and I need to call him at 844 654-0633 but never says who he works for and gives a file number. Not sure he always has the same file number in the message. Called the number and it has his name and says to leave a message with your case number, but doesn't say what company. Probably fake trying to get information by scaring. I don't think you would be fore-warned of a certified delivery.
