Got a call from 844-682-4502 several times. If I don't answer they won't leave a message. When I answer it is my card has possible fraud charges, or wanting to update my lifeloc norton agreement for $399.99 or update my health insurance. Why doesn't the government put a stop to this crap. How many people have to get screwed out of money? Is the government getting a cut of the money? It sure seems like it when they have done nothing to stop this crap.
Everyone keeps leaving messages that this is a fake phone number that is incorrect this is a real fraud department from your bank calling you to let you know you tried to make a transaction recently that looked suspicious to them and they really were calling you to confirm it this is a real fraud department call you guys are cracking me up saying it’s not real it really is a real phone number I called my credit union just like everyone else and they said it was the fraud department that called me from that phone number
claiming to be from my credit union about fraudulent charges and needing me to verify more info like mailing address & zip, of course I didn't but I did aske them "WHAT'S YOUR MOTHERS ASSHOLE TASTE LIKE???" which is my typical response to obvious fraud calls like this one. I got another call from them 10 min later this time from a woman with a non-middle Easterner accent and that time I asked her what her asshole taste like,,, she didn't respond (they rarely know how to answer such a question) but didn't hang up either which I found interesting.
Same, got a message on my work cell. Seemed legit, I gave too much info- the person I spoke with had an accent and I wasn't 100 percent confident- the number is connected to the CSE Credit Union..I called through the Credit Union - I wish I knew more. Frozen account and new card coming in 7-10 days (???????????)!
Our Credit Union legitimately uses this number. It's a calling service for them. And it is the number that legitimately calls us for "Fraud detection" from our Credit Union. We did just have a "spammy" conversation with them though that isn't sitting right with me. It seems weird to me that they called us, but then get our information incorrect. If someone is trying to "verify" your information, make sure that you are the one who is "verifying" that info, not just giving it out.
Received a landline and cell phone call from 844-682-4502 saying that there is possible fraudulent charges on our debit card and it has been put on hold. Just call your bank and make them aware that you have received a call like this regarding your account as other customers may be targeted.
Rec'd voice mail message that Desert Financial Credit Union had a problem. Did not call them -
Got a called from 844-682-4502 stating had a deal on Amazon upgrade to 5yrs for 239.99.
Just received a call stating my debit card was used please call this number and ask for Bryan White.

If it was a real call from our bank wouldn't they know the last four of our debit card. The one they called about wasn't one we have. This call was allegedly from Desert Financial Credit Union.
