I unfortunately was scammed out of $679.99 by these guys when they claimed to be Windows Support and "fixed" my computer via access through Supremo. I didn't hear from them for a month then they wanted access to my computer again, claiming this time that Russia had hacked me. I knew something was up and looked up the real Windows support. Upon learning that I was scammed, I had the real company help me file a complaint and remove all of the services from the scam company from my computer. I also disputed my charge but unfortunately lost as too much time had passed. Now I'm getting nonstop calls that I had a subscription to them and that I owe them more money, and I've spoken with "David" and told him off, and to stop calling and that I don't owe them anything. They had promised to leave me alone after the one charge dispute, but they will not back off and are now threatening to have my door knocked down to collect payments. They are liars and harassers, and it's getting to the point where I want to change my phone number. I have blocked them, but since I have T Mobile they are still allowed to leave me voicemails. I'm angry and don't know what to do anymore, but I've had enough.

Called pretending to be "247 Techies" 3rd party Microsoft support alleging that I contracted years ago to provided upgraded firewall status. Alleged outstanding balance of $2900 of past due amount and late fees to continue service or minimum of $699.99 to pay for past due principal in order to officially service!

Called and gave me 3 different names and different amounts that i owed them and was rude and told me that they would have me put in prison . if i didn't pay them..

These are computer hackers pretending to be Microsoft support. Tells you they are getting error messages from your computer and they need to get on it to fix. They request you go out and purchase gift cards to pay them for their services. They are rude and demanding. When I see their number on the display I just ignore.

Called claiming I needed to pay an outstanding bill on computer services. Caller was David. Very rude and demanding

Called about sending an auto draft for service to continue for computer. I have no computer for them to fix or service. Gave the name Michael.

Says they are with MSN to help fix the computer as a hacker from Russia is trying to gain information.
