Got a call from 844-834-8551. Robotic voice telling me to call them with my debit card # so I could verify a purchase. I had just placed a Walmart pickup order, so that timing was suspicious.

I got a call from 844-834-5468 who left message said they were the fraud department and they wanted to check if I had applied for a loan from Lifestream, a division of West Bank. They asked me to call back to 855-530-4942 and when I did call, they had a message to leave a detailed message if there was a fraud problem. There was no message beep so I did not leave a message. They said they were open pacific time from 6:30 am until 5.
