No it's not. Called my friend who works at Spectrum. Complete scam that uses Spectrum caller id. They don't have this number, nor is it really Spectrum. Hopefully you didn't give it any information

REAL CALL from Spectrum to verify that I am switching service, and Telephone Number from another carrier, in this case ATT to Spectrum at my request. It is a Automated Verification call from Spectrum, Comcast.

I am transferring service from another carrier to Spectrum and moving to a different location (same city though). I have an installation date and time for the new place. Keep getting automated calls asking me to complete verification process. I called Spectrum and they said everything is fine. I don't know if these calls are legit or a scam.

Transferring service to Spectrum. Keep getting automated calls asking me to complete verification process. I called Spectrum and they said everything is fine. I wish they would quit calling.

Am changing to Spectrum too from another carrier, Says having problem with phone service, keep calling Spectrum and they see no problem with my change. This number does not say who they are it just says service on machine.

04/25/2019 This call was from Spectrum to confirm and get permission to transfer our phone service to them. As we are switching from a regular landline from another phone company to VOIP service with Spectrum.

The call was for third party verification that I am changing my telephone service provider.

This is actually a real call. Though the robocall states that there is a problem (and when you call Spectrum they will assure you there isn't a problem), the call is for a real verification process you have to go through to switch carriers. If you are still uneasy, you can call up Spectrum at their regular customer service number and they'll transfer you over to the automated verification process.

Bogus call trying to get information. Robocall says it’s Spectrum but no caller ID. Wants you to “verify” by calling third number. I called customer service and was told they had not called and no problems.
