Complaints about Phone Numbers844-849-####

They claim to be Cigna health care but they are using A recorded line asking personal information to verify your identity. First wanted birthday the full mailing address and social security. This is A fishing call trying to get information. I gave them the wrong birthdate to start to test them and they took it as legit and I gave them the wrong address and social security number and then they wanted to know my prescription info that they should have had if they were Cigna. This company or whatever it is should be eliminated to stop this kind of fishing

Got call missed but voice message left stated from Cigna Medicare about a prescription and to call back.

I just received a call from one of my clients that I happen to have on a Cigna Advantage Plan. He received another call from 844-849-2928 claiming to be Cigna again regarding his prescription. They asked for his personal info he hung up and called me, as I had told him to do that f he got any more calls. I have checked with Cigna the CS person verified the number in their system and said it is not a Cigna number and they would not ask for the info they asked him anyway. Do not accept any calls from any 1-844-849-2928 of any exchanges that start with 844-849 or 848 numbers these are numbers used to commit scam calls.

Caller was from Cigna Medicare, asked for my birth date because he wanted to check on one of my prescriptions. I did not provide information, called Cigna and they had no record of any calls and told me they would never call to ask for information.

I sold my car, but they are still me that my warranty needs to be extended
