Like all the others, I received a call from Michelle Jenkins telling me I would be served. Had my last four of my social and left the number 8448749826. Definitely a scam.

I was at work when the private number came up so I declined, she hung up and called right back. Angry message from Michelle Jenkins claiming to have papers to serve me and left the last 4 digists of my SSN. No mini Miranda left (but sure wasn't worried about leaving part of my SSN on a voicemail without my name announced). Scam. Deleted.

Michelle Jenkins (again) called and left a message to tell me that she was coming out today to bring me "court documentation pertaining to charges against me". I have been getting calls from this blocked number, leaving me the number 844 874 9826 to call to speak to the "attorney's office". I have been getting calls from Michelle Jenkins, dating back 18 months, approximately every 2-3 months. Always the same general threatening messages. Always saying she is about to bring me legal documents pertaining to a case against me. It is unfortunate that there is no way to combat this other than to ignore the call and delete the messages. I have NO legal actions pending, NO collections, and NO issues period other than being harassed by this insanity. Do yourselves a favor and delete the voicemails. Then contact your phone provider and see if its possible to have private/blocked/unknown numbers blocked from calling you.

Steven Smith called me today and told me he was going to serve me papers for a debt that was included in a chapter 7 bankruptcy. The number they had me call was 844-874-9826. I spoke with my attorney and he informed me that the debt was included in my bankruptcy. The woman who answered told me I was nuts and that I was crazy for being upset that they were harassing me. If anyone has information on this company please let me know because I recorded the phone call and I would like to press charges. Thank you

Received a call from a blocked number. Woman claimed to be conducting an investigation against me (and named the last 4 of my SSN). Said her name was Michelle Jenkins and that she'd be serving me with papers between the hours of 3 and 4 today and that if I needed to reschedule to call 844-874-9826. I immediately searched on the number and found this thread. I also do not have any judgments or disputes ongoing with any debt collectors or government agencies.

Very angry sounding woman claiming her name is Karen Thompson informing me she will be serving me with court papers regarding pending charges against me and that if I am going to be unavailable then I need to contact "the law firm" immediately, if not she will see me shortly. I have no outstanding debts or legal issues. Will not call back.

Claiming they have court papers to deliver, I know that this is not something that is announced prior to serving docs and I have nothing pending in collections. Deleted message and will ignore. Assuming it is a scam.

Claims to have court papers being delivered by a locator to my residence, and I should call to find out what's going on. I checked my Credit Karma and have nothing in collections, and I have no recollection of an outstanding debt or anything legal. I did not answer or call back, they left a message and I'm saving in case I need to file a report.
