Another caller unidentified and began as voice robocall.. Called several times.. I hung up when the caller ID showed Unknown caller with this unidentified number on ID. Located in Iowa.

I went through the same thing except they made me purchase ITunes and kept telling me that we were crashing the Microsoft Server because we were hacked and needed to purchase security software which we did and according to the Microsoft Hotline is a very good software so we paid more than we should have because we were scammed by David Parker Emp IDM5321DP and security code MSK 1. These guys have a complete call centre set up with the ability to transfer your calls to other people and have even got Microsoft credentials that they show you. We were completed duped but are reporting this now to everyone so that they don't respond to the serious threat pop up message that we got with a recording to boot. We finally stopped answering the call backs because they were becoming arrogant and demanding one minute and then telling us he was going to be fired because of the way he was handling our case. We finally called Windows Hotline and they got the hackers off our computer and we will also use this number from now and now know how to get rid of the annoying message recording that we couldn't get off our screen.

These people will not leave me alone!!! When i refused to give him remote access to my computer he became really nasty. I would love to know how all these idiots get my cell number. they told me you can't call this number back so you get the TOLL FREE number that is 844 880 9788 ext 201 says his name is sam.

I get several calls a day from this phone number saying they are getting notification that my computer is having problems. I've told them numerous times to quit calling our no. and they keep on calling.

got a phone call from an Indian guy saying a red flag appeared and my computer was infected ,,I hung up and they called back were rude and abrasive telling me my computer was in serious danger,,,then proceeded to get on my computer and run through all my files "pointing out" what was infected or what not ,,,then wanted money starting at 200 for a month 5 hundred for 6 months and 800 for a year I told them I didn't have that kind of money and wasn't going to give him anything he became enraged and said being that I wasn't going to pay him he had to shut off my Microsoft ,,,my computer then proceeded to go black and shut down ! I later turned it back on and there was a picture of a computer with a lock on it requiring a password which I could only get from them I'm assuming I then called Microsoft and the guy got me into my computer but was unable to run any files to check or whatever possibly because of things the other guy had done he said !
