Just got a call asking all of the above questions. Said her name was Jo. Asked who the management company was. Looking for a one bedroom.

Called 10/12/2020 wanting to move-in to a 2 bedroom by 11/1. Asked for pricing on 2BR/1BA and 2BR/2BA and then asked who the owners were, I told her they were privately owned and operated. Then she asked if they have owned it for quite a while now. So I asked, does that really matter. She said no and I told her I didn't know for sure.

Called my company and very similar to the information above. Asked what management company we were, was very short and rude. Name was Joe, posing as a granddaughter to "Ethel". When I asked for their phone number they wouldn't give it to me and hung up.

Called asking about apartments, saying they wanted to rent and then asked what management company.

Called inquiring about a 1 bedroom wanting to rent. Asked what management company we were.

Posing as prospect wanting to move to our area. Wanted info on our management company and got very upset that I would not give the info because we are privately owned.

Same as above comment. Called 6/10/20, posing as a prospect interested in leasing, rude and dismissive, wanted information about our management company. Said her name was Jo/Jill.

Called my company and was posing as a prospect and was rude. Said her name was Jo.
