Rude caller. Asked for an employee who no longer works at our business. Then asked who replaced him. When I asked where he was calling from, i got the 10th degree about why I am questioning him. With today's society, and all the scammers and bad people out there, i think it doesn't take much to identify yourself and organization when you are calling. Leads me to believe this was a phishing call looking to update their information. PERIOD!
