I am a caregiver for an 87 yr old man. This number keeps calling him over and over again and then to deal with it he unplugs his phone. Not good. I will block this phone number for him.

Called my Mom's cell number asking to speak with her and verify her address, which they had! I got on the phone and asked this "foreign" dialect person to speak with a Supervisor with an American dialect. Another "foreign" speaking voice came on the line posing as a Supervisor of Commonwealth Edison. Told him this was a scam call that's being reported, you're a scammer and don't call back.
