A person identifying himself as a Dennis Lyons leaves a robot message on my home answering machine at least once a week threatening legal action against my son if he does not call a Virginia phone number ASAP. This is disturbing because my son died 9 years ago. I spoke with this Dennis on the phone months ago and asked to be placed on a do not call list to no avail.

Just received today, 1/5, at 12:40 Central. Total scam using vague, ambiguous language to attempt to get me to call back at a completely different out of state number regarding some non-specific bogus claim. I'll report to AG office like I always do with these types of scams.
