It is a scam, a PAC attempting to pass itself off as a charity. If they have not yet called you, then you can phone 850-220-0223 and hear the scam for yourself. Initial interaction is with machine intended to screen non-donors. Once you get past that minor hurdle, you can send them any spare money you no longer need.

At 11:49 A M I received a hang up call from 850-220-0223. One site lists this as a ROBO call. I received a ROBO call at 8:51 P M 05/13/19. The number was 407-553-8537. a hang up call.
