The computer voice claimed to be from the federal reserve. They asked for me to press 1 for more information. Don't press 1. Hang up. Block them if possible. I cannot block them on my house phone so it keeps calling back.
Left voicemail saying I was going to be served papers for a legal matter. Did not reference my name or anything. Scam I'm sure.
I called this number back, they were calling for someone else. I never confirmed or denied if I was that person. Something about a payday loan debt from like 20 years ago and talking about they were going to serve papers and I (even though it wasn't me lol) would go to jail if I didn't acknowledge the summons. I laughed, he got unprofessional and hung up on me.
Recording saying I will be served papers in 3 to 5 business days (calling daily for last week). Left number-888 200 5976 to contact filing party. BS scam/fraud !!!
They go every single day and lead the same message. I have blocked the number although it does not help since a goes straight to voicemail every single time .
