Said I owed for bloodwork from about 3 years ago. Gave no numbers except that I owed over 400.00 for bloodwork. I called them scammers and blocked them.

received a call from 305-306-4695 telling me they were a collection agency for US diagnostics that I owed $277 dollars from 2years ago they gave me no information or invoice number for the bill only the NPI number 41845420 which when searched did not show a doctor or medical office
