Some random putz that keeps calling and leaves no message. Do NOT pick up or accept any texts from numbers that you do not know. If it is truly important they can leave voice mail. Old School ROCKS!
I filled out a survey for a Wal-Mart gift card that came up on my phone as a pop up (which I now regret) Before I coukdnt even log out, I started getting emails and phone calls from EVERY kind of services. DO NOT FILL OUT SURVEYS, once they have your information (name, phone, email address) it's game on for them. As soon as I get a call I block it but they just keep using another rotary number.
