I suspect this text came from All My Sons Moving, as they have been hounding me to hire them ever since I submitted a request for a quote, and the other day they sent me an email saying I was scheduled for a move on Friday. They are relentless and completely disreputable! Endless phone calls, emails, and now the mysterious text. Anything they can to to try to get me to contact them so they can try their sales pitch yet again. They are NOT a reputable company. DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS!!! They have a BBB rating of F, as well as absolutely horrible online reviews everywhere I looked. Apparently they will hire anyone with a pulse, including old men who cannot move large furniture or appliances. My guess is they are getting quite desperate, due to all the online complaints and terrible reviews. My advice is to avoid them like the plague! Maybe they will die on their own if everyone ignores them.

Received this text today from 589-88: Hello! Service is scheduled for FRIDAY, 12/14/18, 8AM-5PM. Please call (855)224-4987 to cancel or reschedule. Text STOP to OPT-OUT. Since the text is from a questionable number, I deleted it without replying. When I know who is texting me, I reply STOP when I don't want to hear from them. But in this instance, I don't want their computer knowing it texted a valid number, so I simply ignored it.
