They keep calling, I don't answer but they leave 3 minutes of noisy background on voicemail.

They said they were with Capital One and wanted to know if we took Mastercard. Then proceeded to ask if we accepted email payments or payments over the phone. I have never had a credit card call and ask those questions. When I went to the website none of their numbers started with "855". When called them back it said it was Capital One but no one ever answered the phone but "my call was very important to them". Not sure what to think.
