Caller called several of my family members on my behalf. Civil suit was mentioned.

855-252-8793 is Kelly Logistics, LLC in San Antonio, TX according to Google. This person calls from (877) 991-4829 and leaves THIS message: Hello, this is Direct Energy. We've been trying to get in touch with you regarding your electric bill. Please call us back at 855-252-8793 and have a copy of your bill available. Thank you.
This Spectrum scammer attempted an unlawful contact last night, but didn't bother to leave a message on the answering machine. Spectrum phones from multiple area codes (251, 424, 844, 855, 866, & 888) and prefixes to hoodwink victims into picking up the phone. Stop them in their tracks: LET YOUR ANSWERING DEVICE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
