Got unwanted call from 855-319-4450?
Got a call today 3/16/2021 approximately 3:40PM - called stated 'I am calling from Cigna on behalf of Aetna - needing the set up an home health assessment appointment for this Friday 3/19/21... my spouse said NO - we see our doctors as needed - NO ASSESSMENT.. and hung up.. we have received these calls several times now and DONT give out any personal info... we usually answer the phone with WHO'S CALLING? before we even acknowledge who we are...3/16/2021 - they have called using 855-215-1831 - 2 previous dates - but someone else here as soon as we hung up - didnt get a chance to get the number they used today.
Said they were Cigna calling on behalf of Aetna. Wanted to set up a 45 min. home health assessment in our home. Of course I said no way until I check it out. They gave the phone number:855-319-4450 to call them back. I checked with Aetna and was told they do not have anything to do with Cigna at all ! ! !
This number says it concerns a discharge of a delinquent debt and if I don't return call, I will receive court documents and face trial. I have received this call twice this week.
They call and hang up even using our message machine or physically picking up the phone. Mishawaka, Indiana I work at home this is a Do not call registered phone.
