Amanda Called and asked to speak with our bookkeeper and implied that we did business with them. I told her we'd never done business with them and that we weren't interested and hung up. She called back and tried to say we'd be fined if we'd taken Covid-19 releif and were processing credit cards. I told her we'd never done business with her, nor the parent company she named, and weren't interested, and hung up. This is possible a Covid-19 related scam.

I've told this "organization" several times that I don't require their services. I have stated repeatedly that I am not supplying them with any cc data or information. Doesn't seem to phase them at all. PITA

Our business was called and "Orlando" asked to speak to the "owner". I asked if I could take a message because the owner was out of the office. Orlando gave me the phone number, said "tell him to press option 1. This call is regarding overbilling on your merchant account." I'm sure they will try to get the business to switch to another cc processer for our merchant cc processing - we're not interested

855-436-8288 Jimmy Bryan calling to ask about CC rates and making sure the business is getting a low merchant rate. I asked for his number and he paused, then said, "you want my number?" I have asked them to stop calling and we are on the Do Not Call list...still they continue to harass

Darla with statements review at ext 1 would like to review our statement for merchant services as we may be due a reduction.. I will pass this info to our CPA who does our taxes at end of year.. Just sit and wait for that call Darla

Received call from 855-397-1212 (800 Service on Call ID) which normally means it BS. Need to call from Sonja Jones @ 855-436-8288 ext 1. Same crap about overcharging by credit processor. Have been called over 8 different occasions about this. The want me to check billing statements for certain fees (which were not on my statement) and then request that I send them a copy of my statements. Told the previous idiot, if I am not being charged those fees... why would I send you my statements? I don't know you and your calling from a random 800 service id.... I don't not do business with anyone that it doesn't even list their company name with the number calling me. It is BS and don't do it.

Caller insists there is a discrepancy on our credit card statement but is very vague. Said she was calling from the corporate office of the Statement Review Office and actually said they oversee all the credit card processing companies... Also had contact name incorrect when she first called - which is an excellent indication that it is spam, telemarketer, potential fraud

Claims to want to make sure we received credit card rate reduction and requests info off merchant statement.
