robo call says ssn number being locked due to a federal offense and if i dont call back i am refusing to apear before a majistrate
Scam like IRS with threats of losing SSN (font know what that is) for a federal offense if this number is not called

This company has been calling my number to the past year asking for a person , I don’t know. I am in the do not call list, state and federal, but yet a persistent on calling me waking me up. This is stressful and I always ends up with a headache. Finally, today I took down the information and call them back and asked them again to remove my number, because I don’t know the woman they are trying to contact. In the beginning, the woman was nice but when I told her that I would like my number removed and if I continue to be called, I would report them to the California State Attorney Office. She said that was threatening them and if I did, the calls would continue. I told her that I was not threatening them and was informing them of my intentions. She started threatening statements saying she was informing me and would continue the calls,etc. I disconnected the call at this point. Who is thus number or company?
