Got unwanted call from 855-559-7509?
Scammer debt collector
855-559-7509 Unknown Name was caller id and left no message. A call back on a separate google voice number was answered by a recording saying something to the effect. We called you for a survey on how we did with your call to FedEx customer service recently, sorry we missed you, thank you bye.
Call received few minutes ago from the phone number was for a legimate Fedex survey to rate the customer service staff for a call for assist placed a few days ago.
hung up when i answers. most calls that start with 855 pretty much are scams of some type
Many 855 numbers will get you automatically billed whenever you pick up the phone. I did not answer 855-559-7509 and advise no one else to answer either.
When I called back they said they were calling to ask about my recent experience with a customer service representative. Probably a survey from Fedex.
Learn not to pick up every call- caller ID works. IF YOU don't know the number -don't answer.
