"Account Services" Credit Card telemarketer and was spoofing a local phone number (which is illegal also - we ARE on the do-not-call list). Got this number out of them before they hung up on me.

What a shame the FCC can't nuke the number out of existence. How idiotic the scammer is purposely omitting a portion of the recorded message in an attempt to have me call back. Someday we'll have the ability to environmentally eradicate pond scum and then no more calls like this.
