Caller stated that she was with Apria Healthcare and my credit card had expired or been rejected. I am not directly billed by Apria and they do not have my credit card information on file. SCAM! Do not call!
Got same call as above. I am a customer of Apria and so I called them and asked if my credit card on file was ok. This is a spam......do not call them back.
Caller says she is with Apria Health Care & credit card on file has expired & needs to be updated.
These scammers are passing themselves off as & misrepresenting themselves as being from an actual legitimate law firm, & they sound pretty sophisticated & convincing -- until you do your research. We received a message yesterday coming in from phone number 844-425-5299 -- The message was a veiled threat stating that they were calling about an urgent legal matter, had made numerous attempts to contact us, and they left a file number & phone number to call (855-572-4347). When we called the number back, we were told that we were contacting "The Law Firm Of Karl Frankovitch" located in Buffalo NY. An "attorney" named "Sebastian Silver" told us about some outstanding debt from 2009 that needed to be resolved, otherwise further legal action & filing of charges would occur. We insisted on receiving some type of documentation in the mail & asked for a direct phone number, trying to obtain as much info as possible. He kept deflecting to sending an e-mail, but we insisted on a form letter. We were given a direct contact number of 716-332-6424 (which is the old number of an defunct accounting firm called Greenberg, Taglienti, & Associates in Kenmore NY), and "Sebastian" also gave us a mailing address of 3221 Southwestern Blvd., Jamestown NY (which is actually a UPS Store -- always a red flag). We called the REAL Law Firm Of Karl Frankovitch @ 716-382-7916 and advised them about these scammers using their good name in vain, & they are going to investigate accordingly. If you get a call or message, call the real law office directly & let them know, as they are gathering as much evidence as possible on these crooks!!!!

Claim to be from Apria healthcare and say our card has been declined or expired. We do deal with Apria but have never had a card on file everything is handled by our insurance company. This is a SCAM! Never call back the number they give you. They sound very professional but it is not the real Apria.
Message saying they called many times (they have not)- important to call them back for a personal reason (no information) - warning that they could prevent release of personal information. Its all a scam.
I doubt that it's safe, sounds like a scam to me. Woman said she is with "Apria" Healthcare services... a "Home Healthcare Provider" She says my credit card I have on file for them is about to expire, and they need it to be updated. I have no account with these people. When I looked up Apria Direct healthcare, they appear to be a legit company with a website. Their number is: 800-780-1508.

I have received multiple calls claiming my credit card has expired. I don't have an Apria Healthcare account. I do wonder how they manage to have the name Apria Healthcare in caller ID>
