Accused me of owing 6K on a card I have never heard of and when I asked her to send details of the account in writing to verify that I am not a victim of identity theft she immediately hung up on me.

I have had this number calling about a Sears Citi Card saying its in collections and that I need to pay them $2,000. Very argumentative and unprofessional.
