My business gets fax SPAM advertising regularly from this phone number (a phone list provider). I literally call the local people advertising through these jackasses and scream at them until they hang up. It should be illegal to send a fax without a direct return phone number.
No voicemail and called at 11:40 pm / middle of the night. Left a silent 6 second vm.
Some sort of Insurance scam call. Will not give you any information unless you buy a policy from them. Have asked to be removed from their list but still get 2-3 calls a day.
Reported many phone numbers to the FTC that have been spoofed by this insurance scamming company.

They will not send my receipt that I paid in 02.02.2021. It's been 3 1/2 weeks since I had requested it and nothing in the mail. I need this for my Optum Flex Spending account for proof of payment. This LLC business said they do not have access to send receipt through an email nor through fax, they can only send through the snail-mail. So, my Optum Card has been shut-off until they receive the receipt. I was given two sepperate answers from two seperate support gals; one was "I'll send it out by the end of the day." and 1 1/2 weeks passed and no receipt; called them back and the the 2nd gal I spoke to got mouthy with me after I told her "the last girl I talked to said she was sending it out at the end of the day'' and her response was "that's not how we operate, you'll get your receipt in 5 to 10 business days!" A terrible place to do business with.
