YES, I get a post-card as described above at least one every 4 or 5 days with the same phone number 1-855-636-2245.......what a pain in the behind ! Have received 2 phone calls from same, I tell them I'm not interested and remove my name/telephone number/address from their call list - but it does no good ! I did discover they are part of the ALARIS GROUP, research shows they are very good at finding people to harrass ! What can we do - the BBB won't do anything, and Fed's just say hang up - obviously they don't care either.

Haven't gotten a call, but I do receive mail with this phone number. The letter urges me to buy a warranty for my automobile. The only indication of company name is at the bottom of the page in small print: "All policies are through Eleras." Other sites indicate Better Business Bureau complaints against that company. If true, that explains why Eleras' site only claims "The administrators that we offer are all A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau" which could be true even though they themselves are not. Also, apparently there is a database accessible to this company that tells them the year and model of my vehicle, as it is indicated in the letter. The envelope has this printed in the stamp area: "PRSRT STD US Postage Paid St. Louis, MO Permit# 5283"

Received a letter today from this scammer. All kinds of errors and official looking statements. (The car listed is not my car at all.) No company name, no company logo, no company address. Not even an email address or website.

Received a card today from Motor Vehicle Service notification from St. Louis, MO. Stating that their records show we have not contacted them for auto warranty activation. It was on a post card and the phone number on the card is 855-636-2245, Immediate response requested.
