Got unwanted call from 855-683-5477?

Sent them $300.00 on ebay gift card for promotion 3 months in advance for Direct TV later sent text said problem with accounting and ask for additional $300.00 and would refund $300.00 when problem is corrected. Checked with AT&T and said this was a scam they would never ask for money in advance. Chris Taylor in billing refused to refund original $300.00 and said go report them as a scam and hung up on me.

Caller calling on behalf of At&t, wanting to sale a promotion. They are requesting money up front that gives you 50% off bill,& you pay 5 months up front. They dont accept credit card over the phone, they want you to go get a green. Money pack card put funds on there,then provide them with that card info
