This number is the Simplisafe monitoring center. They call because your alarm system triggered an alert.
I did not answer, but all reviews I have seen are that it is Simplisafe. Immediately after this call was one from 602-253-1191 listed as Maricopa County Fire Department (Phoenix). I live in Kansas.
