Said changes were made that my spectrum account
02 22 22 Didn't get a call but found 5 charges on my debit card on my bank statement today that i did not make, totaling $4,359.95 with this phone # associated with it, claiming to be for a Spectrum cable account. i do not have an account with Spectrum. No idea how they got my debit card info. i'm very careful with such info, very security conscious. i called Spectrum customer service at 877.463.0677 and the rep i spoke with said that 855 707 7328 *is* a valid Spectrum phone # and that she was forwarding the info i'd provided to their security team.
Got message yesterday and today from spectrum saying i had power outage.They Texted me bit left no voice mail
Had a charge from "Spectrum" for a different amount than usual, different date, and from a different account. I called the number and it sounds legit but it is not. They wanted to know security questions. Beware! Spectrum's number is 855-757-7328
I did not get a call but I noticed 4 charges on my checking account that says Spectrum. Three charges of $75 and one charge of $79.99
Just got a call from the "warranty division" ha ha ha ha ha!!! They want to extend my car's warranty when I don't have a car. This is 100% a scam!

Got three fraudulent activities on my business account amounting to $1,000.00 from a lost-in-the-mail USBank card with this number 855-707-7328, Spectrum. The first one was a small amount that I didn't notice at first. So beware. There must be a ring of fraud going on!
Caller ID said Spectrum & message left said it was from Spectrum & that my outage had been fixed & to call a different number if it were not. My Spectrum had not been out, so I am thinking this is a scam...it is the 2nd time in 3 days I received that message with no outage. I had an outage last week but did not report & they never called to say it was fixed.
Unanswered, but left message stating from Spectrum, with installation scheduled for tomorrow. Asked to return call to confirm or change appt. Called Spectrum (from internet info) who stated nothing scheduled with them & the number is not one of their numbers.
