This number has been back to back spam calling and harassing me.

I blocked this number months ago. That said, they call constantly, just one ring. I would think they'd get the message by now!

Received a call from this number while on another call. Voicemail was left. Upon checking voicemail, the only message was a very annoyed sounding " Hello?!" It sounded to me like I was bothering him. No company name, no other message.
