My brother received a voicemail, which he forwarded to me, case manager Nicholas Bryan, office of Nobelss Group(company name garbled). Message stated he was calling with a non compliance notice filed in his office. And he was calling to inform of a notice of action taking place. If I did not wantthe file to move forward, This is my 30-day notice and I needed to contact him as soon as possible. This was my last notice of intent to proceed. I do have the saved voicemail. His number is 855.854.7942 I attempted to call And ask what this is about, no response back
