Complaints about Phone Numbers855-877-####

I got a call from other numbers stating my $1000 loan was approved. I never applied for a loan. They wanted me to call back this number.

Unsolicited Call from this number. Caller refuses to ID the Business by Name when inquiry made.

Repeatedly calling my number. No message.

When my message service picked up they disconnected

Very annoying keep calling non stop robo calls

This company showed up on my screen immediately after my computer was hacked and showed a big red screen saying my computer was blocked and to end it call the number 855-877-8444. Once my father called them they began to scare him into purchasing their program to clean it. He did not want the program, but was strong armed into buying it. They had him give them control over his computer and wanted to charge him $399 to get his computer unlocked. They also mentioned they were going to give him $550 refund for something. All accents from the callers are the same. I deleted the programs from his computer and worked to try and clear all the unwanted software. Once I got to his house, I reinserted his Modem line and reset it. In 15 minutes I had 4 phone calls from them. I told them we were not interested and asked how they were automatically connected to his computer once it was hacked. Could not understand what he was saying. I will be loading an anti-virus program for him and anti-malware. $399 is a scam and way too much money. If I didn't get everything cleared and it happens again, we will just buy a new computer. He has nothing on his computer that he has to have, so we may just wipe it clean and start over. Not absolutely positive that they are a scam, but you can't be too careful these days and I would not pay $399 by wire transfer to anyone connected to a hacked screen. They told me that Federal agents will be here in 2 days to investigate. I don't care if they are legitimate or not, the business practice is very suspicious. It's not how I would do business, or want to do business with anyone. By the way they have called him over 40 times in the last 4 days and that doesn't include the calls when we had his phone and internet connection down for one whole day. Be aware.
